The Engineering Design Institute of CNPC Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. (CNPC Overseas Ocean Engineering Technology Center), founded in 2005, is a professional Marine engineering design research and technical support unit of CNPC at home and abroad. Which engaged in feasibility study, basic design and detailed design of offshore oil and gas field exploration and development drilling engineering and offshore development engineering; design and technical support of offshore oil engineering operation; project management, on-site supervision and whole-process consulting service; engineering EPC general contracting business, etc. With the class A design, grade 1 general contracting qualification and engineering consulting class A qualification in offshore oil industry .

The two parties exchanged views on the development status and future trends of offshore oil and gas field development, infrastructure, offshore wind power and offshore engineering at home and abroad.
