Congratulations on Successful Bid of Yuedong Oilfield Submarine Cable Replacement & Repairing Service Project

Oct, 18th, 2022, Timeast successfully won the bid for Yuedong oilfield submarine cable replacement and repairing service project.

Project Overview: Yuedong Oilfield is located at the north end of Liaodong Bay, Bohai Sea, China, and belongs to shallow sea oilfield. It is about 40km away from Panjin, Liaoning Province in the northeast, 100km away from Jinzhou in the west and 40km away from Yingkou in the east. It is 18.5km away from Hainan 1-3 Oilfield in the northeast and 10km away from Jinzhou 9-3 Oilfield in the southwest. Yuedong Oilfield is located in the shallow sea with a water depth of 2.7~3m. The sea tide is active, and the tidal range is large with the maximum tidal range of 4.5m. Yuedong Oilfield consists of four artificial islands with sandstone structure, A, B, C and D, which are about 1~2km apart from each other. The produced liquid from platforms A, C and D is transported to Platform B, and then to the shore through submarine oil pipeline. The onshore part is composed of an onshore centralized treatment station and a tidal flat substation.
