Recently, Yantai Salvage of the Ministry of Transport visited TIMEAST for an in-depth discussion on potential cooperation in marine engineering.
As the only national professional emergency salvage force in the northern seas, Yantai Salvage holds top-level qualifications in marine salvage and offshore oil engineering. It operates advanced equipment, including a 5,000-ton heavy-lift vessel and a 3,000-meter-class ROV, and has completed over 660 emergency missions. Its annual offshore wind power installation capacity exceeds 2 million kilowatts.

During the meeting, Yantai Salvage introduced its technical capabilities and resource advantages in emergency rescue, marine engineering, and marine energy development. TIMEAST, aligning with these business areas, proposed cooperation pathways and shared previous successful project experiences to support practical collaboration.
Both parties agreed to uphold the principles of complementary strengths and mutual benefit, accelerate project implementation, and jointly build a model of government–enterprise collaboration that injects new momentum into the high-quality development of the marine economy.
