Knowledge Has No Limits

From September to December, 22 training sessions were successfully concluded. In 2023, the staff gained a lot and benefited greatly.

Ms. Cui Yuanyuan from Quality & Safety Department conducted the training on barge accident warning education and risk management requirements and methods. In the future, Timeast will continue to strictly grasp safety and eliminate security risks.

Mr. Guo Jiaxin from Engineering Department gave a lecture on hoisting operation basic safety knowledge and case studies of hoisting safety accidents. Before hoisting, it is necessary to understand the structure and weight of hoisted object and select qualified hoisting rigging. He emphasized on hoisting safety issues, standardized operation, and ensured personal safety.

Ms. Chen Jingjing from Marketing & Commerce Department mainly focused on shooting skills and notices for video & photo materials, and proposed basic shooting requirements for video & photo materials and business group photo materials. She looks forward to improving everyone’s shooting skills, providing more effective materials, and working together to do a better job in corporate publicity.

Ms. Zi Xinxin from Comprehensive Management Department conducted the training on social insurance basic knowledge and patiently answered questions cared by the staff. In the future work, staff can consult with Comprehensive Management Department at any time if they have any questions about social insurance.

Mr. Cai Jian from Engineering Department conducted the training on project completion data editing. The main content includes construction contract, enterprise qualifications, personnel, equipment approval, material inspection, and construction plan approval.

Ms. Yan Shujuan from Finance Department provided basic financial knowledge training, covering accounting standards implementation rules, accounting personnel job positions, what accounting is, basic methods of accounting, accounting vouchers, six elements of accounting, and how to prepare accounting reports.

Ms. Lu Fangfang from Marketing & Commerce Department conducted the training on enterprise bidding, mainly introducing the bidding process and bidding notices. She reminds everyone to pay attention to bidding details and team collaboration in the future work to avoid bid rejection situation.

Mr. Guan Dongxue from Engineering Department focused on the key framework process of construction management in the operation process and the issues that should be focused on in the process of project implementation.

Mr. Wang Xin from Finance Department gave a detailed introduction for digital electronic invoice: what digital electronic invoice is, digital electronic invoice types, how to issue digital electronic invoice, and how to check the authenticity of invoice online. He hopes everyone can master the knowledge of digital electronic invoice and cooperate well with Finance Department.

Ms. Li Meijia from Marketing & Commerce Department shared the connection between stress and emotional management, analyzing stress sources and impacts. During the training, everyone interacted brilliantly and discussed ways to relieve stress together. Hope in the future, we can all embrace stress and be emotional masters.

Mr. Tang Wanyang from Engineering Department analyzed offshore engineering safety accidents, summarized experience, and strictly follow  Timeast safety management policies in the future. Before starting the project, carefully study and formulate feasible risk analysis, standardize safety operations, strengthen safety education and training, prevent safety accidents, and create a healthy and safe environment.

Mr. Fu Heng from Engineering Department focused on enterprise safe electricity using management. He explained the hazards and methods of electric shock through examples，and told everyone how to do a good job in first aid and popularized safe electricity using knowledge. Time is life, we must do first aid in the first time.

Mr. Wan Zhidong from Engineering Department shared his experience of falling into the water and explained how to carry out self rescue. First of all, everyone should have the safety awareness of preventing falling into the water, take measures to prevent falling into the water, have foresight about falling into the water, avoid falling into the water due to physical diseases or other uncertain factors, and master correct method of self-rescue.

Thanks again to all the lecturers for their careful preparing training courses. Each training session is a step for us to grow beyond ourselves.

Knowledge has no limits. Timeast never forget the original intentions, and always have light in the heart, path under the feet.
