Timeast Carried Out "Healthy China Tianjin Initiative" Health Knowledge Lecture

To enhance staff safety and health awareness, popularize health knowledge, and establish a health concept. Timeast carried out "Healthy China Tianjin Initiative" health knowledge lecture on April 10th.

The lecture was delivered by Ms. Song Boqiong, Director of Safety and Health Education Network Tianjin Station, which mainly focused on health first aid knowledge, cardiovascular disease popularization & prevention knowledge, healthy lifestyle advocacy, non-pharmaceutical therapy and non-bacterial bone diseases (shoulder periarthritis/cervical spondylosis/lumbar disc herniation, etc.) .

Through this lecture, staff fully realized the healthy lifestyle importance, enhanced the health awareness and emergency self-rescue, mutual rescue ability, comprehensively improve physical and mental health level, and can be more energetic into the future work.
