TIMEAST recently organized a "Summer Cooling for Heat Safety and Well-being" training to promote summer safety and equip employees with greater awareness and emergency response skills.
The training was delivered by Ms. Qin Yazhen from the Tianjin branch of the Safety and Health Education Network, focusing on three core areas. In emergency response, the session covered high-risk summer scenarios such as extreme heat, heatstroke, and drowning, using theoretical guidance and case studies to ensure employees gained practical rescue skills and understood standard procedures. For disease prevention, the lecture addressed common summer illnesses like acute myocardial infarction, stroke, and metabolic syndrome, providing in-depth insights into medical principles, prevention strategies, and early warning signs to enhance scientific health awareness. In terms of healthy living, the program emphasized the "Three Reductions, Three Healths" initiative, promoting balanced nutrition and regular exercise to help employees develop lasting healthy habits.
TIMEAST will continue to enhance employee health and wellness initiatives, safeguard staff well-being, and foster a culture that promotes both health and shared growth.
