Project Introduction

For Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Submarine Natural Gas Pipeline Project, the submarine pipeline section enters the sea from the west of Nugukou Bridge (short for " Entry Point ") and ends at the sea-land connection point at the estuary of Licun River in Jiaozhou Bay (short for "Landing Point"). The total length of the submarine pipeline is 12.31km, the floating pulling length is 10.91km, the end point is about 1.4km from the landing point, and the maximum depth of route is 12.1m. The design pressure of pipeline is 4.0 MPa, the diameter is 914 mm, the thickness is 20.62 mm, the material is X65MO, straight seam submerged arc welding pipe. The pipeline anti-corrosion layer is reinforced grade 3LPE, and the outside concrete counterweight layer thickness is 100mm and the density 3040kg/m³.

Work Scope:

Obtaining the land use right for site, and site construction according to the requirements of floating pulling and welding; installing and removing the position steel pipe of 10.91Km route; positioning and installing of 10.91km pipeline, offshore tie-in of, including connection with directional drilling pipe and bend at KP8.54.
