Project Introduction:
Two submarine pipelines laying from Chenghai 1-1 island to platform, each pipeline is 12km long. The mixed transmission pipeline is double-layer insulated with inner diameter of 323.9mm and outer diameter of 457mm, water injection pipeline is single-layer with a diameter of 168.3mm.
Offshore pipeline pre-trenching(1200m), pipeline laying(6 km), riser and expansion bend(2pcs), post-trenching(4.8 km), sandbag backfilling(200 m3), bulk bags ballast(480pcs), backfilling with excavated material(1.2 km), platform riser and pipeline sinking construction(2pcs).
